  3.     to post important system information.  Any new system bulletins will
  4.     automatically be included in the mail packets you download from the BBS.

  6.     Notice that OLX can display the bulletins in full Color!  Many
  7.     information type bulletins have color information in them that is
  8.     easily displayed by OLX.
